Rest & Relax Yoga Retreat 2022

Join me for a weekend to truly relax, unwind and give yourself time to breathe, move and nourish your mind, body and soul.

The retreat will be held at Llantysilio Hall in North Wales. Built in 1876, it is one of the finest country houses in North Wales, just outside the town of Llangollen. The natural setting is enchanting. The site is on the bank of the River Dee next to the historic Horseshoe Falls and the Llangollen Canal (a World Heritage site). You can freely enjoy 10 acres of grounds within the property and free walks down to the river Dee and up by Llantysilio Church and the adjoining Horseshoe Falls.

The moment you walk through the beautiful building you will transport yourself into a haven of peace and tranquility as our retreat has exclusive use of the Hall.

The hall hosts numerous beautiful accommodation options depending on your preference, from single bedrooms, to shared twin and double rooms. Please note that twin rooms have 2 x single beds, double rooms vary but are larger, some have four poster beds in. There are a number of price options to reflect this. Please note that all bedrooms have shared bathrooms there are no en suite options.

If you book before 31st December 2021 you will have access to the early bird price, after this the full price is applicable.

You can either pay in full for your place, or for no extra charge you can split the cost across 3 payments. A deposit of £125pp is required to secure your place. No refunds, transfers or exchanges permitted.

Over the weekend you will enjoy several yoga, meditation, workshops and optional extras including guided walks, massage and reiki treatments. Please note that some of the optional extras will incur an additional charge.

Price includes all vegetarian meals, snacks and non-alcoholic drinks. To encourage a sense of Yoga Sangha (community) we will prepare our meals together.
