Beginner Yoga

This class is designed to teach you the basic postures in Yoga, connect you to your breath and allow you the opportunity to move safely and intuitively. Each week is completely different, offering you the opportunity to stretch and strengthen your whole body, while finding clarity of thought. The class is perfect for those new to Yoga, regular practitioners and more experienced Yogi/Yogini's.

Mixed Yoga (For Men & Women)

This class offers the opportunity to take time in deep stretching postures. Taking specific care to focus on understanding your body and using breath work to help you deepen into strong stretching yoga postures. This class is suitable for anyone looking to seriously increase their flexibility.

Yoga For All

This class is designed for Beginners through to more advanced students. Each week we will take our time to stretch deeply, explore Yoga Postures and elevate our heart rates. This class will be all about movement, fun and building your strength, tone and flexibility. Suitable for all levels.

Slow & Gentle Yoga

This is a class that is mainly based sat or lay on the mat. This class is ideal if you are recovering from injury, enjoying your golden years and want to keep fit and flexible or haven't exercised for a while and want to start slowly. A safe class set in gentle lighting, with relaxing music.

Candlelit Yoga

A super relaxing 90 minute Yin Yoga and meditation class, surrounded by warming candle light and the mesmerising scents of ethically sourced organic essential oils.

Mum & Baby Yoga

A class designed to help new mums to stretch and tone while increasing the bond with their baby. Help to understand your baby's body language, assist their development and enjoy making new friends.

Over 55’s Yoga

A special class designed for those over 55 years old. This is a great class offering light stretches, strengthening exercises and activities designed to help balance, coordination and socialisation.

Private Classes

One on one or small group classes can be booked at a time and location of your convenience. These specifically designed sessions are perfect if you a nervous and new to Yoga, recovering from an injury or want to focus a class specifically on deepening your own practice.
